The Monkey Bar was fine. But, so are a lot of less expensive options. I dined here with a business associate. First, the restaurant does "feel" nice, although the bar, check-in, and coatroom areas were uncomfortably crowded. However, the table we were given forced us to sit adjacent to one another rather than across, which would have been more comfortable for conversation. Also,it was pretty small, and we had to constantly maneuver our drinks and plates to manage. The food was good, not great. The drinks were of standard quality but were quite expensive ($14 and $18 for each of ours). Service was very attentive.
While I have no major complaints and would be willing to return again at someone else's choosing, I don't think the value proposition is great here.
