We had landed six hours earlier at JFK after 20 hours in the air and had tickets for a Broadway show so all we wanted was a decent quick bite when we chanced on this place. Apart from the fact that there were seats, the prices were good for Times Square. Service was a little indifferent but there was nothing wrong with the food. We had the daily soup, seafood chowder, and a sandwich (turkey on bread with poppy seeds and an tasty relish) to share. It was fine if a little salty for our taste. To be fair, we find most food served in the US to be salty. But that did not detract from the overall tastiness and excellent pricing. The coffee was pretty decent too.
