More often than not reviews of restaurants , particularly ones of such high calibre concentrate soley on the food, and understandably so.
At per se however, my first thought is the sheer perfection of its staff.
Their knowledge of the menu and every ingredient on it is unrivalled in any restaurant I have dined in.
The tasting menu is of course exceptional if not a little too much to enjoy the last two or three courses as I was so full.
Excellent evening on every level.
