We ate on a Tuesday lunchtime when it wasn't overly busy so you could easily be seated without booking.
The waiters were polite and helpful.
We all had different choices from steak to the burgers. The meat was cooked to perfection and was very tasty. As expected in New York, the portion size was vast by European standards but typical for the USA.
It's not cheap but you do get what you pay for with meat/steaks.
