I went to this restaurant with high expectation as it was very conveniently located at the beginning of Koreantown on 32nd street. But they were too busy or the service wasn't that good. Plus some of their venting equipment was not working at a full rate so we were getting some of the smoke which made our visit unenjoyable. The food was ok, not the best but not the worst. But since we had a high expectation, our visit to this restaurant was not so pleasant. When I travel to Manhattan next time, I won't be back to this one. There were some more in the area so I guess I will try some other places.

This is a great restaurant if you get the craving for some korean-style barbecue. The menu list is very long, but we must confess we always go for the same classic (bulgogi and bibimbap), as they serve truly satisfying versons of these here. We love that the waiters do not intrude too much on the grilling of the meat at the table and mostly leave us to our own devices. Great selection of accompanying dishes. We recommned the scallion pancakes too. Expect to pay $30-40 per person. And they serve you at any time of day and night.

One of the best Korean BBQ outside of Korea that I've had. We ordered the pork belly and bulgogi. Nice tender meat, good flavor and plenty of delicious side dishes. Very nice service, friendly and attentive staff.

Four adults and one child of eight years old ate good Korean food and paid $160 including tips. It is very nice value in NYC. We had only one problem that waitress cook our BBQ too quickly, so we could not enjoyed our good food. Other than that, everything was OK.

We got a BBQ platter special for 2 for about $60 and it was fantastic. First we were served a variety of small vegetable dishes (banchan) that came with the platter. Then a server brought out a portable grill that went right on our table, and the savory marinated meats were cooked in front of us. We had the spicy platter, with beef bulgogi, spicy chicken and spicy pork.

Service was a little hectic but we got everything we needed. Don't expect personalized service, different servers would bring out the food or prepare the grill or check on the meats, and were constantly in motion throughout the dining room.
