“The drink menu is impressive!”
Reviewed August 19, 2013

The drink menu is presented in an 1" wide 3 ring binder. There are more than 200 martinis in that binder. I was overwhelmed the first time I came here.

We ordered Three Amigos, banana cream martinis, piña colada martinis, and lemon drop martinis. The banana cream was delicious. Tasted like a drinkable dessert. The piña colada was a perfect resemblance of the original piña colada served with a pineapple wedge. The lemon drop was strong but not very similar to a lemon drop.

The Three Amigos quesadillas were good. They came out fast and were served hot.

The waitress was really weird. We wondered if she was on some sort of drugs. When we asked her what her favorite thing there was she said she was anti eating at the establishment she works at. What? Every time she came by, which was way too often, she would giggle non stop, twirl her hair, and ask us how we liked our food. If you are stopping by every few minutes and you notice we haven't had too many bites of our food, please leave us alone to actually enjoy it before you return.

The weird experience with the waitress aside, the drinks were great, the quesadillas scrumptious. If it wasn't for that odd experience I'd rate this place higher. For a casual, laid back night of drinks in Hell's Kitchen this place is fitting.

“Fun drink menu”
Reviewed March 14, 2013 via mobile

This bar had an impressive drink menu. The drinks were made well, and the atmosphere was fun. It is more local bar than the tourist traps near Times Square.

“Horrbile Food, Terrible Service”
Reviewed February 24, 2012

I ended up trying Vintage for brunch before a play at 2 pm. We arrived at 1pm, asked the waiter if we can be out in a decent time for the play. They said, no problem. The waiteress took our order 1:15. I ordered the omlete. They were out of coffee, and wheat bread. It was 1:40 and we had not gotten our food yet. The waitress didn't even apologize or check on the food in the kitchen. The food arrived at 1:45. I could have a better meal on the plain. The eggs look like they were microwaved. there were few pieces of spinach on top of the eggs ( not cooked with it).
This place seems to be popular with their drinks and college students....but I would personally never ever go again.

Want to feel like a native new yorker? Head to vintage for friendly service, a killer happy hour and excellent cameraderie. Enjoy a martini and the nachos while befriending many of broadways best stars. A real gem.
