Tough for me to find a decent spot in Times Square because everything is so tourisfied.
Great pub menu, cold beer, the kicker is the long bar, tons of seating. Hit it up if in Times Square.
Good value for the area.

Ventured out from the Mela Hotel hoping we'd find a decent restaurant that wasn't too pricey and we didn't have to go farther than next door! First visit, fell in love with the baby back ribs, and I'm not one to each fries (they call them chips), but ate them all! Husband loved the buffalo banger with mashed potatoes. We went back the next day and again, the ale battered cod did not disappoint. Pub environment, very comfortable. Was during the week so business people are there to kick back and enjoy some brew. Will definitely be back!

Was looking for something open late to eat after an amazing show that night. I was using tripadvisor looking for pubs in the area while walking down the street, and i found this unexpectedly. After stumbling through the red curtain (not expected), we made our way in. The dark feel to the place, along with the library-esque bookcases and vaulted ceiling above bar where amazing. Seated myself to find an ad for amazing beer this place had as a special that month. I was given the menus quickly, and wasn't surprised to see the high quality microbrew draught selection. Ordered the bratwurst burger. Better than a bratwurst on a hoagie, It was delicious. Beer was expensive but it was nice to see on a menu. Will come back if in NYC.

The food here was good. Staff great. Not fancy gastropub food, more on the safe and expected side. Booths nice. Had a good vibe for a quick bite preshow.

Thank Annette T
