The adress is wrong .. Iy is in the intersection of 38th with 7th avenue .. Not the 5th avenue

We went on Friday evening, arrived at 8pm. Note: Be brave, an go up the stairs. this looks like it will be terrible, but trust TA. Restaurant was almost empty. Hmm, now we are worried. But friendly staff take us to a table and we order. Starter salad enough for 4 to share. It's just huge. Then pizza. Half is plenty big enough for one person with a decent appetite. An it's excellent. Huge amount of topping. Crispy around the edge. Just great.

Love the pizza here, really thin crust with quality ingredients (toppings). The service was good, even though I think they came over every 2 minutes to ask us if all was ok. Only negative point is that it is a very dark ambiance, not much light gets into there.. however will go back !

I had lunch with some coworkers twice at Lazara's.
Pizza was very good! Crispy and tasty.....
Don't expect anything fancy, the place is very simple.
Be prepared to wait if you get there after 12.30 as there are not many tables.
Will go back for sure. Good pizza and great price.

Right to the point. The pizza was good, different, and messy so you have to knife and fork it. The decor and entry almost scared us away and the bathroom was pretty bad. Soda is served by the can. Try the pizza before all the negatives make this place a memory.
