I went here with my boyfriend for what we thought would be a nice dinner before seeing a Broadway show. It was dark, out of date, and the music did not fit the wanna-be Italian feel. We walked in agree were ignored by the 4 waiters standing right there. When we finally seated, we had to ask the waiter for bread and water. When he brought it, he gave us butter (not very Italian) instead of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Every time the waiter walked by, he completely ignored us and went to other tables. After waving him down, we finally ordered. I ordered some noodles with tomato sauce and my boyfriend got some chicken pasta. They were both swimming in sauce, and were gross in general. The plates were messy and did not look appetizing at all. When I asked for parmesan cheese, a cook came out and plopped a huge bowl of what I'm assuming, Kraft cheese. It also seems like such a waste to use that much, I'm pretty sure they re-use the cheese. We never had our water refilled, the service sucks, the bathroom was NOT clean, and the only enjoyable part of the meal was when we left. One word of advice, DO NOT GO HERE!
