the seafood tasting menu was six courses of fun. beautiful to look at, better to eat. the wine pairings made it all the more enjoyable as they complemented the meal beautifully. the salmon ceviche was so fresh tasting, the gazpacho so flavorful, and the house special pounded tuna tartar with faux gras was subtle with a cool kick of heat -- amazing
