From the wood burning ovens to beautiful plating, this place is just special. It's quiet, run by a truly committed chef and his wife. Despite sitting in NoLIta, it's not some spaghetti and meatballs place, but a true Italian experience. Heard about it from some locals-- not the sort of place that ends up on tour guides. It was really a lovely evening.

Only discovered this place recently but had two great evenings in quick succession and would definitely go again. The food was divine!

we visit every time we are in NYC...always good. We got stuck waiting for our apt to get ready and the hostess let us store our bags with no static..

First let me say that the ambiance is warm and cozy and the staff is amazingly friendly. The kitchen and the chefs are within full view. The food is rich and flavorful.....talk about melt in your mouth. The wine list is excellent! I totally enjoyed this little restaurant in Little Italy.

Had dinner here mid May during the week and impressed straight away by the look of the restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive, however we did feel quiet cramped and felt like we had to talk over other couples to hear each other. The starters were delicious but the main was a let down. Ordered the pulled pork which was on the specials menu and was really disappointed when it was barely as big as the starter we had yet we paid an arm and a leg for it.
