Yes as a meat eater, I was skeptical, that is until I actually realized that there were maybe 20 things I wanted to order. Everything down to the salt was organically sourced and delicious. The Kale salad was amazing and the chickpea enchilada was off the charts. So many innovative dishes with tofu, seitan, "raw" veggies - even a diehard meat eater would find plenty to eat. Service was great, drink menu satisfying, nice ambiance - fantastic meal from start to finish.
