I was a little disappointed with Il Vagabondo. We started off with the anti pasta platter - and it was very tasty. However the entrees were nothing to write home about. We tried the penne with vodka sauce and the veal parm. Both were okay but certainly didn't live up to the hype. With that said it is a very cool room and the Bocce ball court is fun. I'm glad we got to experience Il Vagabondo but I probably wouldn't go back.

The food was straight up no nonsense italian food that was fantastic. Get out of your comfort zone and enjoy some drinks while playing bocci ball in their indoor 1908 court. Say hi to Peter and Franky -2 time and the rest of the staff. You won't regret it

This is a hidden gem on the East Side! The theme is bocce and there is actually a bocce court. The restaurant appears small from the outsied but has plenty of seating. The service is efficient and friendly. The food is outstanding. The best veal ever. For dessert try the Bocce, gelato, dipped in hot chocolate! My family has been going there for over 30 years and have never had anything but a great experience!!
