My wife , Toddler and I stopped by Bubby's for some Brunch while visiting the High Line, we chose it as ever since we got together our nickname for each other was "Bubby" so we jumped at the chance
We walked in around 11:15 am and already it was quite busy ( on a tuesday morning ) but we were seated quickly and the staff were helpful.
Quite a different menu, a little expensive ( as you would expect for NYC ) and I wasn't very hungry and had difficulty finding something light that wasn't a Side dish, in the end I picked a breakfast I could share with my daughter consisting of 2 Homestyle pancakes and 2 eggs / chicken sausage....the eggs and sausage were good but the pancakes were AMAZING !!!, so fluffy and flavourful, there were times I didn't even need syrup on them they were so tasty.
Overall a good experience and its nicely located at the end ( or beginning depending on your perspective ) of the Highline, just wish there was a little more variety in the menu for maybe a wrap or something light.
