“Loved It”
Reviewed November 27, 2012 via mobile

Found this place before our trip to NYC on tripadvisor so had to visit it. We took the gray line open top bus to greenwich village and armed with a map found this cool place for lunch.
The sandwiches we ordered were really good and really filling, they were bigger than I thought they would be and came with carrot sticks and a small bag of crisps. I also had a black cherry soda and a brownie to go.
Would have gone everyday during our 6 day trip if our hotel hadn't been so far away :-(
The guy behind the counter wasnt very friendly but it didn't spoil the experience and I loved this place and will be back if I ever return to NYC.

“Disappointing”
Reviewed October 26, 2012

Took my students here for dinner one night. Was difficult to find and once we did they were getting ready to close (earlier than the hours on their website). We didn't realize this, and ordered and then sat down and they told us we couldn't sit, we had to leave. The peanut butter wasn't that great (I couldn't even finish my Jerry Seinfeld Bagel) and we ate in the dark on park benches (among the renovations). Only kids who finished their sandwiches are the one's who didn't order PB! Wasn't worth the effort.

“A peanut butter lovers dream....”
Reviewed September 10, 2012

After a stop at Milk&Cookies, what next? A stop at Peanut Butter & Co., of course! We order the sampler platter, with fruits, veggies, and crackers with eight varieties of their peanut butter!!! Definitely will be coming back for more!!!

“Little shop, fun visit!”
Reviewed September 4, 2012

After being fans of their peanut butter for years (and ordering it online forever), we finally got to visit the store and eat. We had delicious sandwiches, all very creative combos. Cinnamon raisin PB with apples and cream cheese, PB with bacon and banana, a chocolate peanut butter shake....all wonderful. The shop is little, so you might want to take it to go...but we were lucky enough to snag a table and eat in. So wonderful! Leave room in your suitcase to take home jars of PB! We left with six!
