“Second visit even more wonderful!”
Reviewed April 1, 2013

We ate here for the first time a year ago and a second visit for a major birthday this weekend was even more wonderful. The waiter made our experience and the food was absolutely awesome. We had the Grilled Calamari over Mesclun for an appetizer, the the Lobo and the Branzino entrees which we both tasted. Phenomenal and worth every penny. You can eat a moderately priced dinner at Sosa Borella but since this was a special occasion I encouraged my husband to splurge on the Lobo if he wanted to. It was probably the best steak either of us had ever had. We'll be back, special occasion or 'regular' night out.

“Never had a bad experience”
Reviewed March 5, 2013

We have been eating at sosa borella for quite a few years. Everything from drinks to dessert have always been top notch. Service is always friendly and professional. Ambiance of restaurant is nice too. The restaurant has a main level and an upstairs which is nice for larger groups. Try it-you wont be sorry!

“Restaurant/Bar close to Broadway”

We went for drinks after a show. The pitchers of Sangria were SO good and went down so easily. No pressure from waiter when we did not order any food either.

“Great food, Good service”
Reviewed February 10, 2013

Sosa Borella is a small, simple restaurant that we stumbled upon because it was near our hotel. The menu is an interesting Argentinian-Italian hybrid that worked extremely well for all of the items served to our table. All of our food was very good. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is small, dimly lit and cozy. A great find on our first night in NYC.

“Good food, nice ambiance, well priced”
Reviewed January 31, 2013

Met a business acquaintance for lunch here. Nice decor and pleasant service. The lunch menu is small, but has nice selection of sandwiches, salads, soups and specials of the day. Food is nicely presented. Upstairs room is comfortable and quiet. Without alcohol and dessert, we split tab, including tip, at $22 and had a nice meal.
