“Very disappointing!”
Reviewed January 13, 2013 via mobile

Had a meal on Thursday evening 10th Jan and was very disappointed especially after reading the reviews. When me and my partner arrived we stood at the door and the Barman didn't acknowledge us at all, we waited for the Asian waiter to come who was more friendly and taken to a nice table next to the wall. When we ordered our drinks they were still sat at the bar while the bald headed Barman continued to eat behind the bar in full view, how unattractive and rude, please do your job and eat on your break! They were there 10 minutes until our waiter picked them up. The food arrived and was ok but when we got my bill I nearly died at the price! 30 dollars for fish! The other waiters made no eye contact or conversation and quite frankly should have gone home as our Asian waiter did most of the service and conversation, he was very nice to us.

Overall the food was overpriced and bland, the Barman and other waiters should be re trained or got rid of and left feeling hungry and disappointed, don't bother and save your money!

“regular argentinian food”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

it's just an ordinary argentinian restaurant which is convenient for pre-theatre dining in theatric district. Small wine list- a pity because they could suggest great selection of argentinian wines. The steak was regular, too.
Nothing special but the quality is ok!

“Nice choice for dinner in theater district”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

Interesting combination of Argentine and Italian foods. Very friendly service and we ate early enough that we had the entire upstairs to ourselves, so other reviewers comments of noise level were not relevant. All in all a very pleasant experience.

“Super find in theatre district”
Reviewed January 3, 2013

Don't let the mid block facade fool you. Very nice inside and the service was great. Good prices for midtown and excellent portion and quality. Unlimited bread was supplied to the table and the staff wanted to be sure we got out in time for our show. Would go back again for sure.

“FIRST TIME HERE”
Reviewed December 28, 2012

We recently ate at Sosa Borella for the first time. Found it by accident. Cool exterior and and coll inside. Food was very good, but a bit pricey. A couple of pizza's, a salad, no alcohol, $ 60.00. Service was excellent! Noisy. Bad accoustics.
