Great asian food in a very nice place and cool ambience!!!
The service has been perfect, very gentle and professional, the place was just a little bit too noisy
We were two couple and we've really loved the dinner!

“25+years”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 5, 2012

That a restaurant lasts over 25 years tells you a lot about it. Indochine never fails to please. The only problem I consistently have is that I want to make a meal on just the appetizers. Oh the decisions...

“Light and tasty dishes with a twist”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 6, 2012

The food is cooked in a very healthy fashion with excellent use of seasoning without being too heavy but with subtle asian touches. There is a limited menu but is very adaptable like the fried rice without shrimps. The shredded brussel sprouts are a delightful dish and can change anyones concept of the traditional view of brussel sprouts.
The desserts are worth waiting for.. especially the chocolate truffles.
In the evening the lighting is dimmed to a very low level but the atmosphere is buzzy and sophisticated.
There is a theater set menu at $35 which is good value for those who want 3 courses.

“A Wonderful Experience”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 24, 2012

It was fashion week and we didn't have a reservation but the staff at Indochine was very accomodating. Striking a deal to be sure to be done before 10:00pm so that our table could be given to a party with a reservation we were seated shortly after walking in. Given that we were expected to be finished by a particular time I expected to be rushed. We were'nt. The wait staff was helpful and gracious. The food, spectacular. Having recently been in Viet Nam I fully expected to be disapointed. I was not. The Pho was delicious as were the mussels. Each of the entres were perfectly prepared. I remember this place from when it was Lady Astor's in the 70's and have many fond memories of the old place. I can honestly say I am looking forward to many fond memories in the future. After all, Indochine has been operating since 1983 and there is a reason for this. It is wonderful.
