We had a fantastic dinner at Palma, really delicious pasta - Lamb Pappardelle and Linguine alle Vongole. Both amazing, but the highlight was the Cavolfiore Palma (sautéed cauliflower with
roasted pine nuts and currants). Unbelievable. A must-have.
The service was great, too. Knowing virtually nothing about wine, I asked some very basic questions about the wine list. No snobbery, just some nice suggestions from the server.
A great meal, start to finish.
