Any establishment serving both Alagash White and Black deserves high marks. Mix the two for an incredible Black & Tan. A dozen quality domestic craft pours are available. Ribs were outstanding. Brisket was good, but I don't like mine stored in plastic before serving. Burnt ends were already sauced, but the server gave me a small portion off the newly cut brisket. Servers took care in handling the food table and I was impressed that they added fresh brisket juice and pieces to the baked beans. That's all we ate, but other diners food at the communal tables looked appealing.
