Description: Offering seasonally focused, contemporary American seafood, where only the finest and freshest seafood is highlighted. Guests will be enchanted by the superb selection of raw bar favorites and delicious appetizers which include East & West Coast Oysters, Chilled Lobster, and expertly seasoned Yellowfin Tuna Tartare. Entree selections are sure to delight, with succulent Alaskan King Crab Legs, elegant Herb Basted Black Bass and the menu wouldn't be complete without the addition of SFG's Surf & Turf - tender filet mignon and buttery steamed lobster. The sleek interior, with tile floors, shimmering blue lighting, and mirrored accents give the space a modern edge while the Main Dining Room takes cues from a classic steakhouse with dark wood floors, wainscoting, and a roaring marble fireplace. SFG boasts not one but two private dining options for more intimate events. The Sea Fire Grill lends the perfect balance to refined cuisine, chic decor, and impeccable service.

Sea fire was very accommodating to everyone in our party. Victor ensured my wife and I were pleased with the service and actually went above and beyond to make a dish not featured on the menu. Our server Arber displayed the same attitude and made us feel at home. The food was outstanding. Can't wait until our next visit.

This place is great. From the design of the restaurant to every part of the experience.

We were referred by business partners and were very happy that we stopped in.

We had both seafood and steaks. The chilled lobster was wonderful and the filet was delicious.

Service was perfect and the manager Alex was First class.

Will be sure to return next time in the City.

It was Sunday night, the last night in NY for a couple people in our party and we were looking for a place to go for deserts and drinks. We have been regulars at Benjamin Steakhouse for years but still hadn’t tried their new restaurant, Sea Fire Grill. So we made reservations and walked on over to see what the new place was all about.

We hadn’t seen Victor in a couple years but he greeted us at the door with open arms – it was like a family reunion. Albeit an odd combination family of Albanian, Irish, Mexican and African American – still family.

One member of party truly enjoyed the potatoes at Benjamin’s so we inquired if they had the same – they did not but their Chef made us a similar batch and they were AWESOME!

Our server, Arber, was helpful and very knowledgeable. He was also kind enough to put up with, and grant, our special requests. Arber will be our go to guy when we return to the Sea Fire Grill.

The deserts at Sea Fire Grill are all made in house – the cheesecake was great, probably the best I’ve had in NYC.

It will NOT be another two years Victor, we will be back soon.

Celebrated our anniversary on a Sunday night here, as recommended by our concierge. Restaurant was almost empty at 8pm. Our waiter, Arbor (sp?) was amazing and attentive, but not obtrusive. I had lobster, and hubby had Ribeye, so we shared. Food was outstanding! I would go back there again, however I thought it lacked character and ambiance. We would have preferred a window or two. Great quality seafood in NYC!

Reservation made with open table, just few minutes to get the table in a slightly more quiet part of the dining room but really how can a restaurant be so noisy? full with large table on business and a lot of loud conversations, the ceiling is very low and thus impossible to ear each other without shouting...
The service was rapid and with good care, the food excellent the back sea bass with jasmin rice and pineapple sauce of the day was perfect, the filet of beef was too, the seafood linguine was very spicy without the menu even mentioning it, was it too much pepper??
Price is extremely high up to 50$ for a piece of beef...
Select restaurant but honestly not the best value for money
