This is an average restaurant. Yes the service is good and staff are very attentive and helpful; but comparisons to the good Indian restaurants in the UK are way off the mark. By NYC standards; you’ll be happy enough.

This is a very classy Indian restaurant and the food is delicious too.
The service is just great and amicable
The food and drinks are great too.
Chicken tikka masala/lamb rogan josh/lamb chops/goan curry and the small dessert plate towards the end of the pri fix menu are just good.
If memory serves right, this is the top 3 Indian places in NYC at this price /ambience level.
Good for lunch and dinner as well

I have been to this restaurant several time but took a step of writing about their excellence for the first time. The bartender sanket got me with an amazing cocktail ( mango based ). My server nisar and anamika very professional and he explained me the dishes very well. every single time I’m in manhattan I will go to this hidden gem!!! Keep doing this excellent work mr. nisar. Thank you guys!!!!

We had dinner there tonight and the food tasted great.
We ate Indian food and not Chinese......maybe they should stick to one cuisine.
Busy but small restaurant who focus on good food. Service was good but have had it better elsewhere.
Must make reservation,,,,
