The staff were always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, always greeting you with a smile and a polite hello.
For a mid-priced hotel you certainly got value for money. Room cleanliness was of a high standard. Ideal location. Many of New York’s sites within walking distance, including Times Square, the Rockefeller Centre, Broadways theatre district. The hotel is a stones throw from the area called "Hells Kitchen", so a good variety of different cuisines to savour.
Only one negative to our stay was the rat race at breakfast time. When full the hotel only has a relatively small breakfast area, resulting in guests having to stand and wait for a table to become free. Tip here is to arrive before 08:00hrs or after 09:00hrs to avoid the peak time. The breakfast itself is good serving a wide range of hot and cold food.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to any visitor to New York.More
