“Great staff”

The room was small as expected for a newly built hotel in Manhattan. But not too small, average, comfortable- bathtub with view of the city is exquisite. Location is too close to Chinatown to my taste but the F train is a minute walk and very convenient to get to Midtown. Downtown is a short ride in a taxicab. Staff is very helpful, flexible and friendly. Not the snobs from upscale hotels. I would recommend to friends. And, I would stay again in the future.

The room was small for two ladies with luggage! It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Breakfast was a plus and included in the room rate. The only disappointment was that the address was Soho, but it was actually in China Town. However, it was a 15 min. walk to Little Italy and Soho and 10 mins. to the subway.

I've stayed for 2 nights at the hotel while transit visiting New York. The staff is very friendly and helpful ( in everything). the rooms are VERY CLEAN and NEW.
I saw reviews complaining about small rooms... that's ridicules - we are talking about N.Y !!! I traveled in Europe and I could not imagine that I can get so comfortable room in such a HUGE CITY!!! It is small, but very nice designed. Don't hesitate to choose this hotel.

This is a smart, newly built hotel on the edge of dynamic China Town in New York City. Ideal for the single traveller or or a couple, the rooms are clean, modern and well laid out. Breakfast is provided. Generally extremely helpful staff willing to hail taxis, provide directions and information on places to see. My only negative comment is that staff need to be more clued up on where to eat in the evenings as there is nothing immediately close by. But one or two blocks away are some great Asian restaurants and the hip restaurants of Orchard Street. These are discovered after a day or two stay and are not immediately evident if a guest arrives later in the evening when it is already dark and many of the small cafes and street venues have already closed for business.

Room Tip: Ask for an upgrade to a King size - the bed is worth it for a great night's sleep!

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was close to subway but rooms were small. A/C was not cooling that well and I notice that their was a msg on the A/C control that the filter needed changed on second to last day there. I was just in the room at night so not that bad.
