I am thankful I saw this classic Broadway show at the Majestic Theater. The inside of the theater itself is beautiful. The music and singing were gorgeous; the stage props and effects were awesome. The show (storyline) would be difficult to follow if you are unfamiliar with the story to begin with.

When our group chose this show, I was mildly disappointed. Certainly, there were better shows to see, at least newer ones. But, we were all together. However, as the show started, I watched with shock and awe. The production was amazing, the props, even beyond the chandelier, were eye catching. The acting was spot on and the music (of the night) mesmerizing. OK, I'm a fan.

If you plan to see one of many broadway shows I can recommend this one. Maybe this is not fresh and not new show however how they present this show, how the actors play their roles, and the scenario this is really worth it. You can really feel the show and feel that spent time in really good way.

Was expecting a storyline with depth. Prehaps the expectation was too high as phantom had been around for 25 years. The singing was top notch though. Hence, if one is concerned about storyline, you could fall asleep.
