We loved out Ground Zero Tour with Alison Rose. She was very knowledgeable, entertaining and compelling in her description of the tragedy. It was especially powerful to hear her own reactions and experiences on that day.
We were touched by her talk.
The only negative was her over reaction to the street seller who was ease-dropping on our tour.

An excellent tour led by Benoit who was an insightful and friendly guide. Highly recommended. The tour including the museum needs about 3 hours. We also went up the One World Trade Centre which was well worth the visit.

Three friends and I toured Ground Zero with Damaris Obi as our guide. The ninety minute tour she provided was excellent and gave us an understanding of the World Trade Center complex and the events that occurred on September 11, 2001. Our tour day was a rainy one but Damaris skillfully moved our group about the grounds providing us with the maximum amount of shelter and a wealth of information delivered in a personal and professional manner. She was friendly, welcoming questions, and providing us with information. Damaris spoke clearly and distinctly so all were able to understand and hear the information she was imparting. She also shared her personal experiences of the day and those of friends giving the group an awareness of the significant challenges those in the area had to to deal with. We were provided with an excellent introduction to the museum and smooth entry into the building. The museum experience was definitely enhanced by taking the walking tour first. The tour was well worth the cost.

BENOIT did an excellent job in guiding us through ground zero, and has told us real stories about what happened at 9/11. He showed and explained us in detail a lot of known but also unknown places, rememberances, histories. He did us experience what 9/11 has meant, but also means today. We experienced an unforgettable moment, that remains as fingerprint in our mind. Thank you so much BENOIT ! The day after the tour, we came back, to experience more the meaning of ground zero, based on what BENOIT has told and demonstrated to us. Dr Stefaan Van Gool, MD, PhD and Dr Ann Proesmans, MD

This is a must not miss experience!
Our guide, Nick, was outstanding.........full of interesting insights into this world-changing event.
Congratulations to the city of New York for the way they have memorialised, with such dignity and respect, the people who lost their lives.
The museum is quite remarkable and you could spend hours in there.(Really glad we did it as part of the tour because we missed the entry lines and went straight in!)
Thank you.

Nick Maass did an excellent job of covering and explaining everything we wanted to know during our tour. His knowledge of NYC, St. Paul's Church, the WTC, and Ground Zero, and imparting this in story form, while adding personal experiences, was great. It definitely held our attention and added to our experience of visiting the site. We would definitely recommend his tour to others.

Nick was our tour guide and did an excellent job from start to finish. He communicated with the entire group, was very knowledgeable, and made you hang on every word with his enthusiasm. He also shared his personal connection to that day! I would highly recommend Nick and the tour and am glad I got to experience it.

I was very impressed by Robert Maass’ presentation on the history of lower Manhattan and the events of 9/11. Our tour began at St. Paul’s Chapel where Rob enthusiastically and knowledgeably took us from the Revolutionary War to the World Trade Center bombings. He gave us a very interesting and emotionally charged tour which I didn’t want to end when it concluded at the Survivors Tree. Absolutely recommend Robert Maass. Rosemarie G

We were in a small group of about 12 led by Rob Maass. He was excellent with his presentation and knowledge of the history of New York City as well as the events of 911. Having lived through the horror of that day, I received a greater appreciation of the efforts of all First Responders and fellow citizens. Rob answered all questions with facts and anecdotes. The experience was well worth the time.
