Owner description: Walkin' Broadway™ has the visitors to Times Square dancing in the streets! This is the best of both worlds: A personable, knowledgeable guide AND the music and recorded narration of a first class audio tour. There is no better place to hear the facts and stories of Broadway’s history, architecture, music, and humor. While personally guided through the Great White Way, the entire tour is broadcast to your own headset so you can follow each beat of the music and hear every word. The music is direct from the Broadway cast recordings. The recorded voices are recorded exclusively for Walkin’ Broadway by some of the greatest legends, performers and luminaries as well as the backstage guys and gals who make Broadway the center of the entertainment world!

We booked the Walkin Broadway Tour using our New York Pass. This tour was full of upbeat energy and a fantastic way of learning about the Great White Way. Our tour guide William was very personable and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job of providing his personal knowledge of various Broadway sites. During the tour, William integrated audio recordings of famous producers and actors/actresses which added an overall extra special vibe to the tour. At the end, William provides a handful of confetti to throw in the air in the middle of Times Square. A great way to experience a faux New Years Eve moment. Bravo !!! We definitely recommend this tour to everyone of all ages....it truly was FUNtastic!!!

Bravo to you for taking the time to review our tour!

We really appreciate it when we hear back from our guests. I'm glad you enjoyed your time so much with William - if you check out our Facebook page you'll find photos of your tour that William snapped and posted for you!

I hope you can come back to Times Square again soon - maybe you can come for New Years Eve and see even more confetti than last time! There's always something fun to do in the Big Apple. Thank you again for the wonderful review!

Wow! We saw the article in the Washington Post on the airplane, so we booked it. You wear headsets, so you hear EVERYTHING the guide says and the Broadway music and stars.
It's all planned really well, but here’s the best. William is mature, savvy, enthusiastic and can improv so when the actor’s chapel had a rehearsal we stopped to listen and the chaplin talked with us. When there was an open door to a theater (they were taking lights and sets out) we walked in) and talked to the stage hand. So cool. Our tour was great! Don’t know if you’ll be that lucky – but maybe!

I took this tour a few months ago with a friend as we are both big broadway fans and had more fun than i had expected! It was a rainy day so we almost didn't go but we were happy we did. The tour guides were so friendly and fun and I loved having the head sets to listen to some of the famous stars and some bway tunes! If you're coming in to see a show this would be fun to do before :)

I was lucky enough to have Tommy as my tour guide and I really enjoyed the few hours spent "Walkin' Broadway." I learned a lot and was entertained the entire time. He is so funny and incredibly knowledgeable. He was genuinely excited to be leading this tour, which was very refreshing.

I highly recommend this tour!

My wife and I love the tour! It's informative, and takes your imagination away from the rush of busy Manhattan. We had time to find something to do before seeing a Broadway matinee and remembered hearing great things about Walkin' Broadway. It includes an audio tour guide that is as easy to use as a recorded guide through a museum exhibit. The audio was produced by a real Broadway producer, professionally narrated, and well known theater talent included in the audio. You feel like those professionals are walking right with you, telling you anecdotes and the history of Broadway. We also appreciated the tour acknowledging the very fire department that lost so many brave firefighters on September 11, 2001. Another nice thing is, you can take this tour, alone, with a friend or loved one, or in a group. Well worth your time!
