“Good food, decent prices, excellent service”
Reviewed October 30, 2013

Have actually eaten here a few times. The staff is welcoming and efficient.I especially like that they say goodbye when you leave. Tables are a bit small, but seating is comfortable. You can eat outside if you like. The food is good and prices are decent. They have a nice selection. I recommend any of the "To share" dishes (though you will probably want to order 2 for two people), the salads, the burgers. They also do a nice fish dishes. It's convieniently located if you have been shopping. Last time I ate there, we spilled some water and the staff relocated us immediately after asking about our preferences. I will defintely eat here again and some day might have enough room for what look like tasty desserts.

“Worth finding”
Reviewed September 16, 2013

Came across this café whilst looking for 'Dishes' café highly rated on Trip Advisor. Regret Dishes was not open during the weekend we were in NY.
This place was a lucky find, we only ate breakfast and lunch there but they were great with super service and very friendly staff.

Give it a try if you are around the area. You'll be surprised.

“Good”
Reviewed June 26, 2013

This was good experience - cosy atmosphere, great staff. We had tomato soup - absolutely the best tomato soup we ever tasted, salmon and steak were good. I feel like it should have a higher average rating than it does now (currently only 3 thousand smth out of 10k+ restaurants).

“Fab find in a busy city”
Reviewed June 17, 2013

After a long trek around New York shopping and sight seeing we stumbled by the cinema brasserie and stopped for an early dinner. The staff were really friendly and helpful, we sat outside with the sun shining, we ordered our pink fizz and dinner and have to say we were very happy with the efficient service smiling waiting staff and the fab tasty food. The Cobb salad and burgers were so good
