Nice, quiet park next to the East river with a great view across to Queens, used mainly by locals for walking, jogging, exercising the dog.
Apparently the house near the entrance is where the mayor of NYC always lived, though I don't think recent mayors have used it as their home.
There's not much else in this residential area, but if you find yourself near, take a stroll and rest on a bench facing the river.
