The suite was lovely, the view great, of both the river and the Chrysler building really good. Unfortunately they nearly killed me. I had asked for hypoallergenic bedding and when I checked in, the first thing the desk said to me, was not to worry all the bedding was hypoallergenic. I was having a fabulous trip and each day as I woke up sicker, ignored it. Eyes got swollen, couldn't breath, soldiered on. after 3rd horrible night was leaving and looked at pillows- all were Down. On the plane landing my eardrum hurt so much I lost hearing for hours. My friend complained after I left- they said they would send an apology-which never happened. My friend also left a letter to be mailed at the front desk (had a museum card to be returned) which never made it back to its owner. Maybe with new staff-but for time being- stay away.
