For travelers who need wifi, DO NOT stay in this hotel. It will never work, and they charge $15 a day. Hotel staff cannot help as they do not even attempt to assist or follow up. They will transfer you to their external provider and expect you to work it out with them.
Service, what service? No warmth at all. They do not use your name, call you by your room number, do not greet, do not smile, and do not offer help. If you attempt to ask them a question or address an issue, all you get is foul looks from them. I guess at least I know they are not fake.
Room needs severe maintenance although room is very spacious and comfortable.
There are so many points I can add on to this review, but I cannot be bothered with a hotel that does not even try.
Pros: Location and spacious room
Cons: Everything else
