This was a great cruise. The boat cruised around all the major areas of New York. The guide was really good and made the cruise very interesting. Recommended.

I went on this tour when I was in my teens, thus I thought my 12-year-old son would enjoy it on our recent visit to New York City. I highly recommend the purchasing the “Premier” level ticket as you get a guaranteed seating section with air-conditioning and drink service. We booked the 1.5-hour cruise which take you from Pier 83 on the Hudson River down around New Jersey, Ellis Island, Liberty Island, Governor’s Island, up the East River and under three bridges: Brooklyn, Manhattan and Williamsburg Bridges. The return hugs the east side of Manhattan, with views of South Street Seaport, Wall Street, Battery Park and Tribeca, Soho, Greenwich Village & Chelsea. We had a delightful time and while the tour guide was informative, cutting his narrative by a third to a half would have made the cruise that much nicer.

The tour commentator Chris was great. Very knowledgeable and a clear voice.
The upstairs cabin was warm despite the freezing temperatures outside.
The only downside was a group of people getting drunker and rowdier as the cruise progressed.
They should police the Premium area to keep it for those paying extra for it and not allow others to use and abuse it.
Overall a great chance to see all of Manhattan in 2 hours. Great views of Liberty also!

The commentary from the older gentleman was excellent. He was funny and informative, so you coudln't ask for more.

There was plently of space down below and up on top to view the Statue Of Liberty, go under Broykyn Bridge, etc.

We did this as part of the NEW YORK PASS for a 2.5 hour round trip.

Relaxing morning,

Really enjoyed the cruise it’s an amazing opportunity to make great pictures and relax while watching really nice views of NYC. If you are visiting during winter make sure you wear extra clothing as it can get very cold. :)
