Very inventive dishes, and super yummy. It's chef's choice, but they were happy to switch a couple of items out. You can also eat a la carte, but I always find it more fun to have the multiple small plates. There are 3 levels of omakase dinners. $95, $135, and $200+. We picked the middle one and found it to be just the right amount of dishes. Considering both the quality of the fish and other ingredients and the number of dishes it was an excellent value. The staff were friendly and responsive. The room itself is nothing special, but it's fine. I'll be back soon. Very soon!
