It's not even a question of vegetarian vs non-vegetarian, or the style of cuisine. It's just this simple: with such fresh, healthly, wonderful food served on the fly in a minimalist but elegant and intriguing storefront, why would anyone go anywhere else when they want fast food? This should be the future of fast food dining. Except to make this point, why else would I write a review of a fast food chain restaurant? The falafel is easily the best I've ever had. Ditto for the baba ghanoush. I'm craving both as I write. The location at 40th and 7th---where I had lunch the other day---is especially memorable as a great choice in a neighborhood filled with fast food junk and tourist traps. This was the first time I have ever been to a Maoz and I will gladly seek them out wherever I go in the world from now on!
