We had breakfast here and ordered the confit duck hash and the eggs Benedict. Great food and huge portions and they got us through most of the day until dinner. Nice and friendly service and a classic old style diner interior. Good coffee with free refill. A little bit more expensive than the average diner, but with it.

We were fortunate to have been living across from this diner during our stay in NYC.... It has great food, a lovely interior and a great atmosphere especially later in the evening . Maybe a little bit more expensive than your average NYC diner but worth it in my opinion. I also really appreciated that they owner tried to stay open as long as possible when hurricane sandy was closing everything else down.... So we all had somewhere to get our coffee !!

My headline kind of says it all! You wan to come here after a night out of partying and you are hungry but may need that last round (or five). Great place.

Friendly staff, licensed, interesting versions of waffles (with frozen custard and chocolate suace) french toast (stuffed) and other breakfasts that had things like fried plantain, corn on the cob and avocado on the side.We liked it enough to eat there twice.

Visited the Bowery twice whilst in NYC for a late dinner and breakfast and both meals were excellent. On one occasion I had a burger which was extremely good and my wife had the Calamari starter which could easily have served as a main course. Great ambience in the diner, and prompt and friendly staff.
