Very good location only 2 blocks from the radio city music hall and a 5/7 min walk to time square. Comfortable beds and decent decor to be honest it does what it says on the tin sorta thing! Breakfast is worth a miss only had coffee (like dishwater) toast or donuts and an odd boild egg if ya lucky. Room only basis would be better just drop the breakfast. Our main and only issue was the lady in reception who booked excursions decided to cancel our airport transfer and not tell us until we asked where the private taxi was. Keep a wide birth of her!

Arrived on 28/12/13 for 5 nights. Great room plenty of space and free breakfast with great choices and good quality food. Hotel is lovely and only 2 blocks from Times Square. This is our 3rd time in New York and we will certainly be back. Went to see Rock of Ages, great show. Went on a circle line cruise to see the fireworks over the Statue of Liberty for New Year with free bar, food and dj. We are home for a holiday. would definetly stay at this hotel again. The only problem coming home was the flight got cancelled and we arrived home 2 days late due to the weather.

This hotel was a lovely for our overnight stay in NYC to enjoy a play at Christmas time. The room was much bigger than we expected (based on other stays in the city), with a large walk in closet. The cost was great ($150/night plus a coupon for parking across the street - $30/24hrs). Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfortable, breakfast was minimal but more than adequate. Enjoyed the reasonably priced small bar on the second floor as well. Easy walk to the theater and to plenty of restaurants. Would stay here again on future trips.

The is a great hotel!! We did not have any issues. The king room was large for NY standards and very nicely decorated. My wife and I had plenty of room to move around. It was also the most quiet room we have ever stayed at in NYC. There was a window but it did not have any view of the outside. This made the room very dark and cozy. Front desk did not have any personality but who cares. Breakfast was more than adequate. Not many NYC offer a free breakfast. The breakfast room may have been small but there are plenty of seats. We used the room mainly for sleeping and the bed was amazing. We spent our days in the city. We would never hesitate to make a return in the future and hope to very soon.

My daughter, my friend and I stayed at the Hotel @ Times Square for five nights a few days before Christmas. Our non-smoking 2 queen beds room was nicely decorated, clean and very quiet as we were at the end of the hallway. Beds were comfortable but the bathroom was a little cold. It was a good size for the three of us. The free continental breakfast included delicious new York style bagels, bananas, apples, juices, cream cheese, but alas, no peanut butter. Coffee and tea were good and hard boiled eggs, cereals, porridge and many other items were readily available. It was a nice way to start each morning. The free wireless in the room was awesome and never once cut out on us. It was nice to be able to make free phone calls from our room. The coffee/cappuccino, hot chocolate and hot water machine in the lobby was great for a hot drink when coming back from shopping. We found the staff to be very friendly and Rosa, our housekeeper did an excellent job of keeping our room clean. The very best part of our experience was the location as it was walking distance to everything! We were literally half a block from fifth avenue, star bucks in one direction. A few blocks the other direction to Times Square and the theatre district. We loved the fact that we could walk everywhere. We recommend going to the theatre ticket booth on Broadway to get half price tickets. We never went early, rather around 3:30, our wait was approximately 30 minutes and both times we got orchestra seats. We saw Cinderella, a true breathtaking Broadway experience and Jersey boys- high energy and amazing! The tree at Rockefeller Centre was awesome, but we also loved the experience of the Bryant park tree and the outdoor vendors. Macys was a must with its beautiful window displays and of course Santa. We also went to Saks Fifth Avenue and had our make up done- my daughter and I at Clarins, and my friend at Lancome- so much fun, free, but of course we bought some of the products because we loved them! Our girls threw in some freebies as well- Yay! Saks Fifth Avenue had the most amazing Christmas décor- and at night they have a wonderful light display outside on their building with music. We had to do the ride through central park as well and it was the BEST! It was a beautiful sunny day with fresh snow cover on the ground. For fifty dollars, and a 10 dollar tip that we chose to give, we had a half hour ride that was worth every penny. Declan, and his horse, Murphy, gave us a wonderful tour in a beautiful white carriage with purple velvet seats and a purple furry blanket to keep us all warm. We highly recommend this ride. Before the ride we had lunch at the Plaza Palm Court and the décor, and the service, were top notch. What an absolutely beautiful hotel! My daughter could not go to NYC without visiting and buying herself something from Tiffanys and Co. Great place, friendly people, expensive, but what an experience, memory and keepsake. She also had 15 seconds of fame on a huge American Eagle screen in Times Square. NYC is full of excitement, friendly, friendly, people and there were many deals to be had. Got a cashmere sweater at Macys regular 140 dollars for 40 dollars. Macy's deals are hard to beat, and the best prices are on the weekends. I could keep going on, but, we had an absolutely wonderful trip and there is so much to see and do that we have to go back again for sure. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again as the price is right for all that you get. Oh, we never got a chance to try the little bar on the second floor but we heard it was great and very reasonable. There are restaurants outside this hotel within steps and convenience stores for water and such nearby. All in all it was perfect!
One last piece of advice... we took a cab from the airport and booked John to come back to pick us up... that way we didn't worry about having to find a cab. He texted us to let us know he was coming! Great guy... and taking a cab to and from the airport is far cheaper than booking a car with the hotel.

Room Tip: We were in room 1005, no view, but very quiet.

A little hotel just down the road from Times Square.Breakfast very good: cereals, eggs, breads, sweets, juices, everything you could ask for. Rooms immaculate and quite spacious for New York's standard! The location of this hotel is excellent! It is within walking distance to many tourist attractions in the area as well as to subway and buses. Very recommendable. Tip: have breackfast early because the area is small and gets crowded.
