My travel agent booked me to this hotel for a conference. Very nice private entry and clean room with a good concierge floor. Bathroom looked a little tired for a $425/night. Great location right outside Times Square.
However, when I finally fell into bed at 12:30, the bottom sheet was 6 inches too short! The mattress pad was showing at the bottom of the bed! Now for a hotel like this not to have sheets that fit the bed! I get better linens from a motel 6. I was too tired to deal with it. I spoke with the receptionist the next morning and after 2 attempts to talk to the head of housekeeping, nobody was available to address my concern. No apology or offer of compensation. Of all the hotels in Manhattan, I advise choosing another one or check the sheets before you collapse into bed!

We loved this simple hotel. The free breakfast is offered weekdays and was perfect before heading out to see the sights. All staff was courteous though hands off. If there is a concierge, we not see him. The hotel seemed more private, very low key, hardly saw any other people there. We were pleased with our room and the free upgrade to a king bed. The room was huge, not just huge for NYC, seriously huge. We had a great view of 44th street and even the flashing lights of Broadway. The room was clean, carpet was worn a bit-but who's complaining. We found the location to be perfect, just steps from the heart of Times Square and easy access to the subway. We had a 7 year old in tow and she had no troubles keeping pace. We felt safe and had no issues at all with the hotel. The elevator will not move without a room key-nice feature for women traveling alone. My daughter loved making tea for us at night-great perk after a long day on our feet. We got a great rate (for NYC) right off the website and we loved the couch in the room as it made a nice bed for the little one. Every request to housekeeping was met in minutes...We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Premier!!

We flew to New York for 2 shows and an overnight stay. When we checked into the Millenium, not only were we given an early check-in (it was only 10:30am!), but we were upgraded to a room at The Premier Hotel. The room was big, by NYC standards and included some nice amenities (flat screen tv, coffee pot in room and a decent size bathroom). However, the lighting set up was weird-you could not have one bedside lamp on by itself. The other REALLY annoying thing about the hotel was the towels. They didn't seem to dry very well and, worse than that, they left huge amounts of lint on hands.body, hair. On the plus side-everyone we encountered at the hotel was very, very nice.

Loews Regency has bigger rooms, but this was kinda like a boutique. Rooms were a little bigger than the rooms over at the Morgans, and had a similar flair to the Morgans. Platform bed, but super comfy with THE BEST pillows I have encountered. Bathroom had the modern edge to it, but the shower stall was pretty small. The bath tub, of course, is huge. The view was of a building under construction across the street, but you could see the lights of times square. Free internet, but no WIFI. You have to connect via LAN. Getting on the internet took a lot of time, but they eventually got it sorted out. At the end of the day, the room was doable - clean, a touch small, but a very comfy bed.

My partner and I have stayed here several times. Each time we've stayed there it improves, not that it needs improving. They just get better each time.

The lobby is very clean and there is always a smiling face at the desk. The rooms are small but just right. On this visit our room was larger than before. The bed is amazing. We had a bath tub and shower. Everything was spotless.

There room service was fantastic like always. Try the chicken wrap, its very good. And if you want something sweet they have a cake.

If you have the chance stay here!

We had actually booked a room at Millennium's adjacent property the Broadway, but on checking in got bumped to the Premier. I suspect we had one of their lesser rooms - a queen bed when we'd requested a king, and no view to speak of - but it was still clean, quiet and spacious (especially for mid-town NYC!), with nice amenities like flat-screen TV, a comfortable lounging area in the room, and free continental breakfast and cocktail (well, actually beer & wine) hour every evening.

For the $220 or so we paid per night it was a great value, especially for the location - if we were paying anywhere near rack rate (more than double that) ... not so much.

The premier is a boutique hotel within the Millenium Broadway. We were upgraded from teh Millenium and let me say we were delighted to be so. THe concierge service is second to none. Great rooms, decent size. Good evening reception and breakfast. Highly recommend
