If you are in UES - this eatery does a good quality breakfast. As tourists - it's always great when you find a good place to do breakfast and coffee in the morning!

Our desk clerk recommended this place for it's food and location. We stopped in about 9:00pm and had the place to ourselves. We ordered an appetizer of Grilled Eggplant. It was delicious, served with thinly sliced mozzarella, tomatoes and slivers of basil. I highly recommend the Hercules: a greek salad with sliced lamb, chicken, sausage and spinach pie. Comes with fries, but they remained uneaten due to the amount of food served. We enjoyed a glass of wine, with no room for dessert. We returned the next morning for breakfast, the staff was courteous, service was fast and our coffee cups were never empty.

They had a wide selection and relatively good food. It was very quiet which we needed, but the portions were much too large. Share a meal.

This place is great. The service is fantastic, food is fresh and very tasty. Don't let the lack of reviews keep you away. They serve breakfast, lunch & dinner. It's a big 10 on my list.

I love heading to the east side. When you spend 75% of your time on the UWS, it's like visiting another country with all sorts of new restaurants to discover.

We went here solely due to the Yelp reviews and the place was pretty cool. It's like a diner, without the traditional diner look.and feel. Much more like a cafe. And the food was great. I got an avocado and mozzarella frittata with bacon on the side, and it was magic. Loved it.

One star off because the coffee was an embarrassment. I wish NYC cafes and diners would invest in a decent brand of coffee and make it fresh. Do they not realize you can't make a pot and leave it there all day? It's so revolting to get a cup of Saravan or the equivalent that's been sitting there for half a day. Good beans, and fresh pots, gents.

$38 include tip for 3 people, not half bad.
