Stopped by during lunch and grabbed a slice of mushroom and a slice of sausage. The crust was very good: thin and crispy, with the slightest hint of charring. The sauce was fresh made and fantastic they make their own cheese and wow it is yummy . Ratios toppings cheese sauce are perfect . Best slice we had all trip .

This is one of our random stops in NYC and we were not disapointed, like the majority of our stops! I heard the upside down pizza was the way to go so I went. Man who thought a great crispy and light crust with nothing but sauce, cheese and a little more sauce on top would taste so great!!! I will be returning more than once when I get back to NYC!!!!

Found very good reviews for Pizza Suprema on Yelp and Menupages, food review websites for NYC so we decided to stop here for what was supposed to be authentic NY style thin crust pizza. It was a very good decision.

Being particular fans of pizza, we feel comfortable suggesting that this is indeed excellent pizza. We started with a slice of their famous plain cheese (US$3) and a slice of pepperoni (US$3.75). Both were excellent (rating 5 of 5), really couldn't think of how to make them better.

So happy with our quick stop here, we returned a few days later, something we infrequently due when holiday-making. Again, a delicious slice of regular and another slice with sausage (US$3.75) demonstrated the consistent quality of pizza being served up at Pizza Suprema.

Overall, Pizza Suprema was very pleasant surprise in terms of finding authentic NY style pizza. We ended up eating here twice, something we rarely do when visiting destinations around the world. Further, it is a place we will specifically target when we return to NYC. On this basis, we offer high regard and recommendation for Pizza Suprema when visiting NYC.

Pizza Suprema is located just across the street from Madison Square garden, about 5-6 minutes walk from Macy's Department store. If you are visiting either attractions while in NYC, you would be doing yourself a favor to find this quick eats pizza restaurant.

This place is as good as John's of Bleeker Street. We took a bus from Boston that dropped us off near Penn Station/MSG and we stumbled upon Pizza Suprema a block or two away. I wish I knew about this place sooner. If you're looking for top notch NY pizza in this area, look no further. I had one slice of fresh mozzarella with basil and one pepperoni--both were amazing with good quality ingredients and perfectly cooked crust.
