Food has mostly high, but some low points. Hellfire roll is excellent, as is the Branzino. Stuffed lobster was as enjoyable. Service s also inconsistent. We've had a better time eating in the bar areas. Some interesting cocktails, which they make with great skill.

This is a very trendy, high energy spot tucked in the Meatpacking District of NYC. Be prepared for a lot of noise, good looking people, delicious food, and a pricey bill. I prefer the sushi and the small plates to the larger entrees, but most dishes are very good.

Went with my boyfriend and a colleague and her husband for dinner mid week after work. Though were all foodies, we tend to avoid commercialized venues such as this.

We entered, received with a warm, friendly smile from a lovely hostess. Waiting at the bar the staff were kind enough to hold our table while we enjoyed our first drink.

Eventually sitting upstairs (better for conversation), the staff were most helpful in identifying plates to start with and share. We made the right choice. The selections were spot on, flavorful, creative and very enjoyable.

When the principals were ordered there was concern as the entrees consist of two pages in the menu (one hot, one cold, and raw) and the principals were all of 3/4 of a page. But again, it was right. Simplicity works in this case and is a welcomed balance.

While we ordered mains it is genuinely possible to continue (with most group sizes) to order various selections form the entrees and share them all night.... an option for those who might want to explore more flavors.

Dessert..... disgustingly indulgent. When they say bucket of cookies..... they're not joking. The deep fried oreos were certainly the show stopper..... one can't eat more than two... well, maybe three or four. Truly fantastic.

Fantastic experience, to be repeated.

Great restaurant, great location. We had a really memorable time here. The food was above average, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was hopping. We had the seafood tower, crispy shrimp, and lobster Mac for apps, and the table shared the snapper for dinner with some brussell sprouts and French fries. Everything I put in my mouth was awesome and the snapper was probably one of the best pieces of fish I had in a really long time. All the food was really fresh and prepared perfectly.

I'll start with the positive - the food, when it actually arrived, was quite good. Its also a very nice duplex space.
It was everything else that was an issue. Granted the restaurant is on the second & third floor of an old industrial building...but the double-elevator and bouncer and 6:45 p.m. on a Friday is silly.
We were a table of 5. three ordered hot apps and two from raw bar. The hot ones arrived and we waited a good 7-10 minutes for the raw bar to arrive. When asking why, we were told "two different kitchens". Same with dessert & coffee....dessert arrived and cold before coffee came. Answer - different kitchens.
I wont even get into the issues having to ask to order a glass of wine with main course...or the wait to get it.
I know the restaurant is hip & trendy. But catch felt more like a flash-in-the-pan fad restaurant than one we will revisit.
