My daughters and I stayed for 6 nights at the Cambria in July. We had a room on a high floor that faced another building in lieu of the street. It was incredibly clean, wonderful beds and pillows. I had a request for extra towels and they were always brought to me immediately. Housekeeping was amazing! The walk to Times Square was easy and safe, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. The only perk I wish they would consider would be "free" coffee in the lobby, $3.00/cup a bit steep, but that's ok headed down the street to For Five Coffee Roasters and enjoyed delicious "joe" there!

Great location on 46th, two blocks from Times Square so easy to get to Broadway theatres. Very clean and good sized room. It was also quite as far guests were concerned which seems to be a luxury when visiting NYC. My only complaint was the check-in process. I'm a Choice Program member and used my husband's credit card to book the room before I arrived. They gave me trouble about not having my husband's ID with me in addition to his credit card. Why would I have his ID if I was traveling alone? This got escalated to the manager who explained he couldn't accept the card. I countered that if I didn't show you had the same credit card information on file to charge me, so why couldn't you see that it was the same card I presented at the desk and I showed my ID which had the same home address on it. He just walked away and the desk clerk ran the card through. I understand in this day and age that theft occurs, but I'm a member and all the info matches my reservation, I should not have been burdened with this. Knocking one star off due to the check-in hassle.

the room was very clean. the location of the hotel is exacly the central of Manhattan 2 blocks from the times square. Near to time square without the noice from there. also the hotel has a small but very nice gym
