I've been bugging my partner for a year that I wanted to have suckling pig, lo and behold he actually found a restaurant that serves suckling pig as an individual main course and not for a group of 10 or more.
It was my birthday and he wanted to surprise me. The decor was simple, but warm and comfortable. The tables were a bit cramped as took a lot of maneuvering around to get to our table between tables and waiters. This shouldn't be much of a surprise if you have been eating at many of New York's restaurants..lol.
The waitress that served us was very attentive and had a good knowledge of the dishes and was able to guide us through our oder and included recommended wines to go with the dishes.
I did notice that the Tapas more so the appetizers, were a little small in proportion for the prices.
The main dishes bit more reasonable. The suckling pig dish was actually quite large, as it could easily be shared.
The desert was worth a try although I thought my profiterols was decent and my partners Flan was much more tastier.
