Uninspiring, despite great sounding advertising. It's all self service, quality pretty basic. My wife chose salads sold by the weight; that was just OK. I went - unwisely - for Italian. Slow service at the counter, everything soggy, taste just passable. After the long wait to be served, a further wait in line at the cash desk. At $28.45 (including 2 small bottles of wine) not even cheap.

If you're shopping at Macy's and you get hungry you must go down to Cucina & co, the variety of foods is so great, making your own salad is such a temptation, the seating and the view are not the best, clearly but after lunch you can browse the kitchen section and look at the appliances and pots and pans, so much fun. Or go upstairs and keep shopping for your wardrobe.

I just want to spend two minutes writing a review for a food court with restaurant prices, and you probably get the rest?

We had salad (good selection!) and pepperoni pizza (average) and a beer. As we were shopping at this awful place, we could just as well eat here, but I regret. Better go to Pizza Hut or McDonald's if you are looking for a quick meal.

I liked the selection of hot and cold food (costed by weight) - good range, tasty and relatively healthy for 'fast' food. Came here twice. Not to be confused with the Cucina at the Rockerfeller Center, the latter's food was definitely not as good!

It looks ok but when you get a closer look, it's quite disgusting. Super ghetto if you ask me. I was expecting a much higher caliber of food having visited the Chicago State Street Macy's cafeteria style restaurant but the food here was worse than a KFC dump bin. Yuck.
