This is one of the worst places I ever stayed. The rooms are extremly noisy, the room door doesn t close properly, you can hear a mouse walking along, they increased the hotel price and wouldn t not give the rate booked through "booking.com" (and booking. com says this issues is between the hotel and me-- the hotel has not responded to 4 of my e mails), don t stay there, don t book through bookig.com !

Room Tip: Don t get a room there

Stayed one night, only slept here. Check-in quick and easy. Bed was comfortable, room was adequate for one person. Shower a silly little dribble not sure what that was about. Great location. Few blocks south of Grand Central. Rate was a little high but in comparison to other NYC places, was a good deal.

It is not what you may think, but the rooms are totally dark.the next wall was perhaps 1 meter from our window. The room was very small and the bed is ok for a couple but indisputable for normal people as our children(14 and 18). The breakfast is ok. It is much to expensive for what you get.

This is a decent hotel, we only spent one night in a room with two double beds, really comfy.

Location is fantastic, close to the Empire Estate, lots of 24h shops around.

Breakfast was OK, toast and pastries, cereal and several hot drinks.

Front desk were very nice.

Great location, just down from Grand Central. East access to Penn Plaza and surrounds including Empire State Tower, Rockefeller Center, Tim es Square. Clean room and comfortable bed. No bar or restaurant. Breakfast included just OK (Lovin the waffles!) - recommend eating at any nearby deli if you can afford a couple of $. Tea/Coffee and biscuits served between 4 and 7pm. Rooms incredibly small - not enough room to swing a hamster, let alone a cat!. Thankfully an autumn/late summer visit so AC not on. Tried it - VERY noisy!
The best part is the price - very reasonable for the location
