First off - on the plus side .. the cafe au lait ( ordered extra strong) was undoubtedly the best coffee we have had outside of Australia - and that includes USA and Europe. So, coffee alone would have ranked a 5.
Service was good.
Food though.... OK .
Niçoise salade was good. The onion soup and the croque Madame were satisfactory but so so small. And if you’ve ordered both , you’d hope to feel relatively full after , or be overwhelmed by flavour .. neither in our case.
The tarte tatin tasty ( apples great ) but in a restaurant of this repute , you’d hope to receive it bubbling and caramelised straight out of a small pan - or at least hot?
Anyway we’d go back for the coffee .. and probably will.

This bistro-type restaurant offers classic French, yet the experience was unsatisfying. The dishes were not substantial and tasted like they were pre-made, the flavors were on the bland side (coq au vin, cassoulet), and the seating was cramped. The price was elevated considering the overall experience.

Very good food. Like going to eat in Paris. Waffles were light and airy and whipped cream was made from scratch. Companion had eggs and said they were exactly like you would get in France. Went for breakfast and can't wait to try it for lunch or dinner.

Very cute and cozy restaurant. There was a 40 minute wait but our name was written down and we could leave for the meantime. This worked perfectly and the lady did a very good job managing it.
Once inside we were inmediately got an authentic French feeling.
The food was perfect and exactly what you would expect, we had it paired with a fresh glass of red orange juice, made from the best oranges.
Totally something you should visit.

This is like the warm & comfy Paris bistros I've visited in Europe. The food is made to perfection from delicate egg dishes and rich European coffees to flaky waffles with berries and cream.
I like coming here simply to fee transported to the French ambiance.
One drawback is the popularity since -- for good reason-- the place is always crowded and usually includes quite a wait for even a small table.
Once seated,m it is worth the wait!
