We return to Patzeria Family and Friends as we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere the first time we've been there. The food did not disappoint this time either. However, even through our waiter was bragging about their coffee being the best Italian coffee in NYC and even though we returned our Capuchinos the first time as they did not look and taste the way they should be, even when they were made a fresh for the 2nd time they were barely drinkable. The Tiramisu was just as disapopinting. We will probably return but will skip desserts and coffee next time

Stopped into this eatery after arriving in NY late in the pm. It is a small place with a welcoming environment. Staff was super friendly, advised us on the menu and anticipated our needs. Food was good. The chef even stopped by to chat as he was getting ready to leave. My only complaint was my mixed alcoholic beverage, it didn't taste like what I was use to. We ordered take-out from them on another night.

Based on the elevated rating, we ate here after Mathilda. Please note, we ate at Tony DiNapoli last night.
This is a smaller, less popular restaurant, without the warm, loud atmosphere found at Carmine's and Tony DiNapolis.
It feels like it makes the majority of its trade from tourists. The food is/was good to average. We had a pizza, which was wholeley OK, not fabulous, but good.
The staff try to make you feel warm and welcome when you walk through the door, which is nice.
Kids are welcome, and they graciously gave us a 10% military discount.
Next time I'd rather go to Carmine's .... This place just lacked the NY loud and bust atmosphere .... It was OK, but I'm not a believer ....

This is a terrific find off the crowded streets of NYC. We were greeted right away with a smile and conversation about our family. You felt a bond instantly with the owners and staff. It is very kid friendly and that is evident by kids' artwork given space on their walls. It also included framed posters of shows on Broadway. Now onto the food, the menu has options for everyone from pasta to seafood dishes. It was so delicious we came back the next night. The owner even gave my daughter a gift upon leaving the first night. We all felt very comfortable there.

Excellent spot for pizza during a girl's weekend in NYC. Recommend the pepperoni as well as the tomato basil. Excellent prices
