I had to laugh when I was looking in their Menswear. A basic V neck T-shirt for $55 plus tax. But guess what. It was Made in China and looked no better than a cheap V neck from H&M stores. You are essentially paying for the 'honour' of shopping in this so called iconic department store. Many of their clothes are Made in China in sweatshops and they look it too. They have no right to charge massive amounts of money for clothes that will probably only last one season.

I agree with others that the staff are rude and stuck up! Who do they think they are? And their cafe is pathetic too. Not so special for a supposedly upmarket departmental store,. It was actually rather dirty and tiny.

Americans think they have the best shops in the world. Let me tell you they don't. They also have shocking customer service.

Went there with my son today and found a number of brands where they are almost two to three times the amount you would pay for the same merchandise/brand in Debenhams/ House of Fraser in UK. I am not above buying to get a "brand" name as I own a Jaguar XF, but buying Tommy Hilfiger clothes from Bloomingdales does not show that you have a Bloomingdales example of that clothing. So what is the point. Also, my son asked one of the staff if there was a souvenir shop similar to the one we had seen in Macey's and he was met with a look that can only be described as looking down on my son. Manners cost nothing! Very disappointed.

Went here with my wife. Usually hate shopping, but really enjoyed this classic store. Much larger than your average Bloomingdales with little places to eat. The displays are also much more impressive than your average store

Walked to store everyday. Everyone there was polite and friendly. The doorman hailed a taxi for us, it was raining. Special
