Gorgeous, a woman's dream! I always knew I wanted to go to Tiffany's when in NYC as it was a touristy thing to do and their jewellery is beautiful. But beware, I went in to 'browse' and left with a stunning $600 bracelet! It is so easy so get sucked in to the beauty and excitement of the store. The staff were so welcoming and friendly - even though I looked like a messy tourist (and have a lot of tattoo's), I didn't feel judged in such an elegant place. Make sure you speak to a staff member when you first walk in if you are looking to buy as the first floor is their 'showcase' floor and the other levels are their 'gold floor' 'silver floor' etc so if you know what you are after you can go straight there. Loved it, and have no regrets on my purchase!

...but don't even think about buying anything. In fact, you'd be safest if you left your credit card at home. Things are super pricey, but still...it's Tiffany's -- if you enjoy looking at beautiful classic jewelry and silver than the Tiffany's on 5th Ave. is a must for you. Go around Christmas time for the best displays...and maybe even a sale.

Wow.. if you are going to New York you must go to the famous jewellers Tiffanys...it is a fantastic place for the jewellery lovers, with massively imposing steel doors and enormous window dispalys bursting with sparkly diamonds and thats before you even go inside, you will be greeted by one of the many security guards, but dont let that put you off, they are on every floor (6 in all), the ground floor is just bursting with every kind of jewellery you can imagine, each glass case is manned by a helpful assistant, who will be happy to show you anything that takes your fancy, if you are into silver there is a whole floor dedicated to everything silver, also a floor for other Tiffany items, china, leather, and gifts. An entirely beautiful store with an old fashioned feel. With a manned "Elevator" to each floor. Remember ladies to take your husbands credit card!!

Took my wife with the intention of buying her a diamond ring, but she didn't see anything she fancied, they seem to do a lot of silver and white gold but if you got married when gold was err gold coloured you would want it to match up with what you had.
So on the whole its not all that apparently the cheapest thing is Tiffany playing cards at $25 that way you can have the little blue Tiffany bag to carry it in.

As a being a fan of movie "breakfast at Tiffany's" couldn't miss the opportunity to have my breakfast at Tiffany's. Besides the hotel we stayed was only 2 blocks away. They're has changed a lot since from the movie and has more modern interior but, it still has that charm and elegance of sixties. The sales associate was very attentive and understanding. I wanted to purchase something in 20-30$ range like in the movie, but, they still don't have anything in that price range :-)
