Great way to view the city. Took Uptown and Downtown tours. Tour guides Allan France and Jimmy Boyle were brilliant, very knowledgeable and entertaining. The attraction passes were good although to get the Empire State Building one is a bit of a potch. Would definitely book the tour buses again though as it made traveling easy.

My clients enjoyed touring the city on the double decker buses. I will use the service in the future.

Wanting to do a hop on hop off tour and had some attractions we were also looking to do this was a great option for us. We chose 3 attractions (Empire state building, Top of the Rock and One World Observatory) and had no issues using our passes for them. We actually didn't have to wait in line for the attractions since we had these passes so it saved us some time. For the price we paid since we found a deal online, we felt we got a good value for our money.

Today it was too cold to sit upstairs and downstairs all the advertising on the bus prevents you from looking outside. The internet on the bus does not work and the heating was not on. All by all, it looks like it was organised by some very dumb people. Take a cab to Wall Street, the rest of the tour is not worth it. We were stuck in trafic which is normal in New York. Do not take this bus!

Bought a flex pass each for us both with 6 attractions...nothing but hassle & no-one that is willing to help or give clear directions.
The app wasn't updated & so we were told that times etc had now changed a week or so before we arrived...after we had planned everything according to the app! Ie: circle landmark cruise & hop on/off ferry.
The hop on/off buses were rubbish- too much waiting around and with the typical New York traffic wasted alot of the time.
The night tour bus was good & so was the mature guide who was quite comical, but apart from him the staff that worked for grayline didn't give a damn about helping you out at all.
The go-shuttle bus back to the airport wasn't very well planned as when it collected us the driver couldn't scan our passes so had to wait 20 mins for him to phone his office- This made everyone on the bus pretty annoyed as if it was our fault.
The woodbury common outlet shopping bus was an absolute nightmare. We weren't told to redeem any tickets before we eventually found the correct bus terminal, so had to go back down to the grayline centre (missing our bus) & the lady behind the desk doesn't know how many tickets are sold, so you don't even know if you will get on the bus at the time u want as it's first come first served!
The amount of time we wasted redeeming tickets was a joke as there are obviously ques for everything.
I wouldn't recommend if I'm honest. You could probably book all online with other operators who are just as cheap....just take a decent pair of comfy shoes and warm clothes!

My family purchased the Gray Line city sight- seeing, hop on/ hop off tour pass. This is such a convenient and entertaining service. We had many drivers and most looked miserable while one was absolutely awful. He yelled at everyone including my daughter. She has some health problems and couldn't move around as quickly as others. One drive was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The drivers name was Craig. He picked us up at The 911 Memorial stop and brought us back to Times Square. He was so friendly, very funny and very informative of the city while we were waiting for more passengers. I wasn't feeling well and was dreading the trip back to our hotel but Craig made it worth it despite how I felt. I sure hope your company recognizes the really good drivers because you sure do have a number of unhappy drivers and it would be disappointing for a first time New York visitor to have a bad experience be their first experience. I hope many first timers have the privelage of Craig being their driver.

Brochure has “stops” listed. Rockefeller Center is a stop where you can buy tickets and board the bus....not really. They take your money. Our group was 10...6 adults and 4 kids 10-12 years old. Three of us asked the group of 4 who were selling the tours “where do we get the bus?” “Do we get it here or across the plaza?” We all got the same answer which was, “he will take you to the bus”. We should have known better! We were walked (run) across town approx 12 blocks, 25 minute walk through traffic, the guy paid no mind to our group following him, lost us in Times Square traffic, darted Into traffic on side streets while our kids followed him into traffic thinking he knew what he was doing. Block after block passing several parked and empty topview buses. Once on the filthy bus with filthy windows we waited another 20 minutes before it even moved. The earphone played tinny music. One person in the group heard a tour that didn’t seem to coordinate with what we were seeing. No tour information. One channel and one language only. We have been on these tours previously in NYC with another company and it was done SO well, very informative. We do hop-on and hop-offs in other countries. There is always a selection of languages...but not in NYC? a crossroads of the world? After another 90 minutes of gridlock we finally got off, walked the rest of the way to World Trade and took the subway back. There was a parade going on which they knew about but never told us...adding to the gridlock. The kids learned NOTHING. Bogus scam that should be taken off the streets. Choose another tour company.

This gentleman below was the highlight of myself and my wife’s trip around Brooklyn. Tom was a great tour guide but more than that a great human being.
I can honestly say his advise and knowledge helped us get the most out of Brooklyn. We left New York sorry the real New York (Brooklyn) feeling that Tom would have been a great friend to have in your life.
Gray Line this man is a credit to you and your company.
