I’ve only been to Danji twice and did my best to work through the menu, and I'll definitely be back.
It’s this cozy little Korean tapas spot where it’s clear the chef is a classically trained in French cuisine but uses Korean ingredients, flavors, and techniques. Apparently their chef was the first Korean to be awarded a Michelin Star and held it for 3 years. Mad props.
The spicy chicken wings, the steak tartare, and the braised pork are all fabulous—I also had the bibimbap which was solid.
I'll be back try their dumplings and their noodles (both the hot and cold).
